Stephanie reported to me as Director of Sales /Consultant Jan- June 2023 at The Quadrangle/Sunrise Senior Living. Leadership changes following Covid created a lackluster sales effort. We struggled with data base management, lead follow up, sales process and fulfillment and urgency. In 6 months we implement systems for follow up, tour expectations, model refresh in IL and AL, positive energy and all hands on deck to get the job done. Stephanie also support the team as they adjusted to our new normal.
